CHARLESTON, SC (October 5, 2010) – Anchor Commercial | CORFAC International Principal Bob Nuttall, Jr., SIOR and Property Manager Anne Lively have earned the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER^® (CPM^®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM^®), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors^®. The CPM^® designation is awarded to real estate managers who have met the Institute’s requirements in the areas of professional education, examination and experience. Those requirements include maintaining a large portfolio of all property types and having a minimum of 36 months of qualifying real estate management experience. CPM^® Members must also abide by a rigorous Code of Professional Ethics that is strictly enforced by the Institute.Founded in 1933, IREM^® is an international organization and affiliate of the National Associates of Realtors. It is the only professional management association serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors. Membership includes over 18,000 individual members, 8,600 who hold the CPM^® designation. IREM^® promotes ethical real estate management practices through its credentialed membership programs, including the CPM^® designation.Anchor Commercial manages 27 properties totaling over 1,000,000 square feet.
